Cannes: the winner is ...the film or the politic?

In the last time Italy has many spotlight on Its problems. The new Berlusconi's govenment offices only from few days and european's opinions, - from others goverments, wich the big part are on left - critics all what Italian's goverment are doing. The first laws are about crime, economy and the big problems of Neaples: the trash. To resolve its Berlusconi's goverment - that I don't love too many- makes the laws that in election campaing promised. To combat the crimes makes laws as others European's Countries has: and these include something versus illegal immigration. Before the laws to come in Italy without permits was legal; now not more. These old laws has makes very problems: together who comes in Italy to change his life, for to find a work, to have a family, or comes from wars, there were persons that arrived in Italy to makes crimes. Thta strange thing is possible because who comes in my Country without passport or others documents, and for example Italian Police stops while he makes a crime, for the particular Italian laws after few times ( few days or few months) are free. That thing is the same for every persons in Italy, but for who doesn't documents, and makes another crime, in another city where police doesn't know him he can tell them another name different to first time, and police after few time must leave him from prison. But instead, if You are a regular person as an Italian citizen or a Tourist or a legal immigrate and you make another crime will be very difficult to exit from the prison. In many cases illegal immigrates that starts to sell drugs in Italy and Police stopped them 1, 2, 10 or 20 times, ever in different cities, are ever free, the only thing that they must do is ... to change the City and Police will not identify them. These new laws are not perfects, but is the first step to repair that sistem. The problems to identification of persons borns because in some africans' states the 'borns register' doesn't funtion, or in States as Tunisia, for example, where there are very hard laws, many youngs doesn't want to follow the laws: to know that in Italy there is the opportunity to do all what they want without conseguences.. it's easy to understand what it happen!!!: In Italy, immigrates from Tunisia, Romania, or Albania, makes the 30% of all Italian crimes in a year, but they are only the 1% of population. That is the first reason why, the last elecions wins to Berlusconi: the "center-right" of italian politic, They promised to do something about the problem of security: italian citizens, as the legal immigrates that lives in Italy wants more secure and more economic possibilties.
That is the true reality: the others things are only smokes in the eyes.
I don't agrees with the European's politicians when accuses Berlusconi's goverment to be fascist. To accuse Berlusconi is the same thing to accuse all italians. If 70 years ago all italians were fascists now only 0.5% are true fascists; about that thing I'm sure. Italian's citizens are tired to see that few things are in functions, and ever election they could change it. There are many years that a goverment changes after the election. If you think that 95% of Italians are onests: we works, we pay tax, extc, the 5% that or doesn't pay tax, or works in many illegal works, or works but doesn't pay tax, or, the minimum part are criminals, or politic-criminals and that 5% of populations is the same that always robber to the onests theirs money, or theirs rights, is easy to understand the particular situation of Italian society. In the south of Italy are the most part of persons that live as criminals, there are camorra, mafia, 'ndrangheta, and these organisations makes big business, builds factories, industries ( all without permissions and without to pay tax, of course) but they takes works to the populations that need it, and they 'control' the opinion of that population as in Neaple's suburbs .

Why noone want the trash near his home? In all Italy, as in all the world every City has a place where to put the trash. In Neaples not. Why? Easy: Canmorra for many years controls that buiness and if now the problem will be solved many business for camorra will ends. Camorra control the opinion of the population, but we must said that in the last 20 years also ecologists makes the same thing of Camorra. If to these things, we add that every times someone opened a garbage dump, that one wasn't secure, we can understand why the citizens of all Neaple's Region (Campania, called by Romans 'Campania Felix') doesn't want trash near their homes..
Now with two films to Cannes Film Festival, the first one "Il Divo" that is about Andreotti, an italian politician now more 90 years old accused many times to do bad business with mafia, but never comndamed, and another film "Gomorra", from the same book that is about the Camorra how; where; when and who whith works, who are the boss of Camorra, all pubblic things that were wrotes from others journalists just from logtimes ago in news, books or tv shows, but never had been that incredible success, Italy can becomes, in the world's images asthe bad State in the world, a Country where only criminals or mafious men can lives, and that thing is very bad for Italy. That period is also hard in economy and tourism is one of first economic revenue that Italy has. The Cannes' awards to 2 Italian films taked also for political reasons, for me, ( in a film-criticism we saids these things) but these films doesn't shows the most beautiful part of Italy, only the bads: and The Hope? .
