TURKEY WOULD ENTER IN EUROPE, BUT YOUTUBE CENSURED

How can pretend a "Liberal state" as Turkey to enter in Europe if its cityzens can't to see Youtube?
That is a really and easy example how to an old culture can censored and to penalise the freedom in a Country.
For example, I know many Turkey's citizens and a big part of them are really good peoples , but doens't know why They can't to see Italian music on Youtube.
That little example of censore is very clear to understand the difficults will be if Turkey will enter now in Europe.
If a Country uses censore for the education of its population that could to have many problems of culture.
The internal politic of Turkey could change if that State will want enter in United Europe
